1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, activating a gateway device, or utilizing any software or services provided by IoT-SuperBox.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Account & Corporate Representation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. By registering on behalf of an organization or business entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All software source code, hardware design layouts, firmware uploaded to ESP32 modules, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of IoT-SuperBox.com. Reverse-engineering, redistribution, or commercialization without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Sensor Accuracy & Technical Disclaimer

Telemetry metrics (voltage, current, power, temperature, humidity, vibration) collected via built-in sensors (PZEM, AHT20, ADXL345) are provided on an "as is" basis. Due to industrial environment noise, electromagnetic interference, and inherent sensor tolerances, these metrics are meant for operational optimization and internal energy consumption analysis references only. They must not be relied upon as the sole legal basis for utility billing or safety validation.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund (Consumer Rights Law)

For online SaaS subscriptions, users have the right to withdraw from a remote transaction within seven (7) days of registration, provided that no active telemetry transmission has been initiated by a gateway device. Refund eligibility is detailed on our Refund Policy page.

6. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a thirty (30) day prior written notice. IoT-SuperBox.com will not unilaterally terminate or suspend your account without cause or prior notice, except in cases of security breaches, non-payment, or policy violations.

7. Dispute Resolution & Complaints Handling

Any dispute or complaint arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations. Client complaints will be addressed within seven (7) working days of receipt. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and governed under Vietnamese law.
