Refund Policy

1. SaaS Subscriptions

Starter Plan (Free): The platform offers a free-tier Starter plan with no time limit, allowing you to evaluate our services before upgrading. We do not offer trial periods on paid subscription plans.

Plan Adjustments & Upgrades (Proration Credit): When upgrading or modifying an active subscription, the unused value of your current plan is prorated by day and deducted from your new invoice. If the prorated credit exceeds the new invoice total, the excess amount is refunded directly as store credit (Credit wallet) to your account.

Queued Subscriptions: You can cancel any pending/queued subscription plan at any time before its start date. Canceling a queued plan refunds 100% of its purchase value directly to your Credit wallet.

No Cash Refunds for Active Cycles: We do not issue cash or payment gateway refunds for unused time in an already active billing cycle.

2. Hardware Gateway Devices

IoT Gateway hardware is covered by a 12-month 1-to-1 replacement warranty for manufacturer defects. For returns and full refunds, devices must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in their original condition (no physical damage or signs of power surge / burning).

3. Refund Processing

To request a refund for hardware returns or queued subscriptions, please send your order invoice details and justification to: [email protected]. Our support team will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.
