1. Information Collection

We adhere strictly to the principle of Data Minimization:

  • Account Information: We only collect Email Address, Organization Name (business entity representation, not personal individual data), and Hashed Password.
  • Contact/Lead Information: When requesting a demo or quote, we collect your name, email, company, and phone number. This information is only stored temporarily for a maximum of 90 days to handle your business inquiry, after which it is permanently purged.
  • IoT Telemetry Data: We automatically gather technical telemetry (voltage, current, power, temperature, humidity, vibration) from your gateway devices. This is B2B operational machinery telemetry and is not personal data.

2. Use of Information

The collected information is processed solely for:

  • Operating the real-time energy monitoring dashboard.
  • Sending emergency alerts regarding power or vibration anomalies.
  • Compiling and generating periodic energy consumption analysis reports.
  • Compiling and generating periodic device operational reports.
  • Compiling and generating periodic technical diagnostic reports.

3. Storage, Localization and Security

Our data is stored on secure cloud database infrastructure. We encrypt sensitive personal details at rest and enforce TLS 1.2 for all data transmissions. Soft-deleted user accounts and metadata are permanently hard-deleted after a 90-day retention window.

4. Data Subject Rights (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP)

You possess complete sovereignty over your personal data:

  • Right of Access: You can view all personal profile details directly inside your settings panel.
  • Right to Portability (Export): You can download a complete copy of your personal database records in JSON format via the "My Data" portal.
  • Right to Deletion & Withdrawal: You can revoke your consent and initiate account deletion at any time. Your profile and associations will be permanently destroyed within 90 days of withdrawal.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We commit to never selling, renting, or trading your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. Your personal data is only shared or transferred in the following necessary circumstances:
1. With partners providing cloud hosting infrastructure and payment processing services solely to operate the system and process your transactions.
2. Under valid requests from competent state authorities in accordance with Vietnamese law.
